I’m deeply involved in the teams and systems I work on — from board-room strategy down to the pull request. I’ve sat at every level of the org, internal and client-facing, and I believe in teamwork, ownership, and end-to-end responsibility for the full software and operational lifecycle.
The craft is engineering discipline applied to platforms: DevOps, GitOps, IaC, Kubernetes, observability. The goal is to make infrastructure boring in the best way — reliable, self-service, and out of developers’ way — so teams can focus on what actually matters: predictability, velocity, and product quality.
Currently extending the same thinking to AI workflows and agents — intelligent automation for engineering and operations. The weekly digest here is part of that experiment: an agent reads the AI/agents firehose, I curate the cut.
