    Backbase sr engineering manager

    Created and led Managed Hosting — a fully managed Azure cloud platform for financial institutions running Backbase’s banking software. Delivered 99.9%+ uptime SLA, SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, GDPR compliance, and a 7-day provisioning target. Grew from hands-on platform engineering into leading the team, scaling the offering to banks across Europe and cutting time-to-operational from months to under two weeks.

  2. 2018.01 → 2019.09
    Nextiva devops engineer

    Built CI/CD infrastructure from the ground up for the entire R&D organisation across on-prem and AWS. Standardised deployment pipelines with Jenkins and Ansible, ran workloads on Kubernetes, and owned the TYK API gateway layer.
